Leave it in the freezer so it's always ready for action, or pop it in the microwave for about a minute for soothing heat. Wrapped just like your butcher would - with additional instruction card inside.

AND - DO NOT OVERHEAT! Heat in increments of 15 seconds if you plan to heat for more than 1 minute. Spot clean only - never submerge. I suggest storing it in a container or a sealed bag in your freezer to make sure it stays clean, dry and ready to use. It will absorb moisture from surrounding air - so it may sweat when heated if exposed to humidity, like all corn or rice filled heat packs (I'm just the only one telling you about it ;)
